Class A | Thursday 13:00 – 15:00
Class B | Friday 10:00 – 12:00
Both classes in Hel040/Mac Suite.
Note: There is no class in week 12, instead, there is a final screening of selected assignments in the ARU Screening Room @ Coslet 117.

Classes have 3 parts:
- Lecture (tutor’s time),
- Workshop (tutor and class discusses issues) and
- Student Managed Learning (students work on assignments/read/…).
What to submit?
Students need to submit 3 assignments on USB or DVD [clarification will be given in class] to the iCentre.
A1 [25%] Imaginary Soundscape (audio file)
A2 [25%] Music for a Short Film (video file)
A3 [50%] Music and/or Sound Design for a Moving Image (video file)

Your work will be marked according to the criteria set out in the document Artefact Creation. It will be marked by your tutor and second marked (by another staff of the music department). Selected submissions will also be examined by external examiners from other universities.
